What Causes Polyps | What You Should Know

Your Body Goes Through a Lot of Changes

Before I discuss what causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples, let me first give you a little bit of background about the changes in your body. A lot of women are getting fibroids, and both men and women are also getting polyps. Some people even get moles or pimples. If you look very closely in the mirror at your face, you may have all these little bumps growing, and they kind of come and go.

Polyps Definition: Abnormal tissue growths that look like small mushroom stalks or tiny, flat bumps.

Fibroids Definition: Benign tumors made of connective tissue and smooth muscle cells.

There are a lot of things constantly changing in the body. You have over 60,000 genetic heirs in your deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in every single cell every day. So, you have all these things growing (like nasal polyps and uterine polyps) and shrinking, and your body is constantly keeping these cells in check. Your body is also controlling cellular growth so it doesn't get out of control and create tumors.

Tumors and Cancer Start with Low Calcium

What causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples starts with low calcium, which is interesting.

Calcium is the main mineral controlling all of the communication between the cells. You have these things called calcium channels that help carry nutrition and information between the cells. That's why a lot of people with low calcium symptoms start to get all these issues with extra cell growth.

It's not just low calcium though because there are a lot of other factors as well. But, I wanted to mention that a lack of communication in the cells is what starts the process of developing cancer or tumor and even polyp formation. The tight junctions beneath the tumor lose control, which makes your body create more cells in an out-of-control fashion. This leads to the growth of a tumor, cancer, or other various types of polyps.

Deficiencies in Nutrients Trigger Cancer and Tumors

What causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples is also calcium deficiencies because they can trigger cancer and tumors in the colon and other body parts. Vitamin D deficiencies can also trigger cancer and fibroids (tumors). This is another good reason why getting your daily dose of sun is beneficial.

Why Does Low Calcium Happen?

Learning what causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples also involves knowing why low calcium occurs. Low calcium happens if you fertilize the soil of your body, the terrain of the body, with these other factors, such as the following:

  • Nutritional deficiencies

  • Sugar

  • Stress

  • Chemicals (pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, and even chemicals in smoking and our food)

  • Radiation

  • Chronic inflammation

Did you know cancer and tumor live on sugar? In fact, they depend on sugar, but we don't have to worry about that because I know you don't eat sugar. Even the positron-emission tomography (PET) scan that monitor and screen for cancer look for those cells eating up all the sugar in the body. That's how they detect cancer. By not eating sugar, you can basically starve off these cancer cells.

Stress sets the person up for all sorts of problems with the immune system and more genetic defects. In poultry farms, formaldehyde is often used to clean and disinfect chicken coops. These chemicals create alterations in your DNA, which you call mutation. Mutations are sudden changes in your body, errors that go out of control, and they can alter your immune protective DNA repair mechanisms. This causes your body to not suppress the tumor anymore so it goes out of control. It really is a combination of all these things that lower your calcium levels, but tumor or cancer growth and cancerous polyps all start with low calcium.

Formaldehyde Definition: A strong-smelling, flammable, and colorless chemical used to produce household products and building materials.

Why You Need Vitamin D

Foods rich in vitamin D | What Causes Polyps, Tumors, Moles & Pimples And How To Prevent Them | what causes moles

Part of knowing what causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples is learning why you need vitamin D. This vitamin primarily helps transport calcium into the tissues. There are even a lot of studies that show vitamin D reduces cancer simply because it helps you regulate calcium in the body. The way it works is your intestine absorbs vitamin D by 20 times. So, that's the purpose—to get a lot more absorption into the small intestine so it can combine with a certain protein. Once it's connected into that protein, it can go into the blood to be transported in the entire body.

If you take calcium carbonate or other supplements, it doesn’t really do anything. It's like eating a rock. It's hard to absorb and not transported in the body. This is why you need vitamin D to break it down and absorb it into the blood. If we take a look at the world and focus on the equator, that area has very low rates of cancer because it has a lot of sun. As you go north with colder weathers where people don't get much sun, cancer and tumor incidence is much higher.

Japanese women have low rates of breast cancer, though, because they eat a lot of fish, which has a lot of vitamin D and a lot of eel in their sushi. Eel has the most vitamin D. Three ounces of it has 5,000 international units of vitamin D. That's incredible. We need vitamin D from the sun or supplements and always take vitamin D3.

Other Essential Vitamins You Need

Vitamin F Is Good for Cancer

We also need vitamin F. What is vitamin F? It is another name for omega-3 fatty acids like in fish oils, which are the polyunsaturated fatty acids. That's why fish oils are great for cancer, because they help you absorb calcium. Vitamin F transports calcium into the tissue.

Vitamin K2 Supports Calcium

Vitamin K2 drives the calcium all the way into the bones, cleans up the arteries, and helps you mobilize calcium in the body. If you notice, vitamins D3, K2, and F are all fat vitamins, so we need fat to mobilize calcium.

Vitamin A Is Essential for Calcium

There is also another vitamin that's essential for calcium, which is vitamin A. Vitamin D and A control the differentiation of what cells turn into. For example, if you are deficient in vitamin A, you'll have all this rough skin because the cells can't be duplicated exactly as they should.

Some Vitamins Are Crucial for Preventing Tumors and Cancer

The vitamins I mentioned are very important for the transportation of minerals and the protection from tumors. The tumor and cancer cells hijack your blood flow because they need blood, and oxygen in some cases, to feed the tumor and cancer and grow them. That is what you call angiogenesis. The blood vessels attached to the tumor and cancer suck blood to make these grow.

What Is the Role of Phytonutrients in Cancer Prevention?

There is also another set of nutrients your body needs to fight tumor and cancer, and they’re called phytonutrients. They stop the process of going from a benign to a malignant tumor or cancer as they block blood flow into the tumor and cancer cells. You can get them from cruciferous vegetables.

Understanding what causes polyps, tumors, moles, and pimples start with learning which nutrients you lack that can lead to these problems. The solution to these is simple, just supply your body with the nutrients you need to have a good balance of vitamins and minerals in your body.
