LOW-CARB BREAD STICKS
Ingredients:
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup almond flour
1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 large organic egg
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients.
Beat the egg. Add cream cheese.
Heat mozzarella cheese until sizzling.
Pour the cream cheese mix and dry ingredients into the cheese and mix well, into a ball.
Add any seasoning you prefer. I use Italian spices.
Put ball of dough onto a silicone bake sheet, and spread out to about ¼ inch thickness.
Bake at 400 for 13-15 min, until golden.
Flip onto cutting board and cut into sticks. Enjoy!
Great with Hummus or Mariana!
