In order to lose weight, you need to know your body type . There are four body types:
The adrenal has a saggy belly, liver has protruding stomach, ovary has saddle bag and the thyroid you have weight all over.
You will exercise and eat differently according to your body type for results when losing weight.
The Adrenal body type should not exercise - its not good. They are already stressed, they can’t sleep, crave salt and sugar.
They should sleep more than they exercise.
The Liver body type has right shoulder pain caused by alcohol and fried foods that will trigger leaky liver.
They should eat quality proteins and vegies.
Ovary body type should avoid soy which is estrogenic which causes cellulite in the hips.
The Thyroid body type should stay away from chemicals and environmental estrogen in the food supply
They should eat very clean.
