Today I want to cover a potentially safe alternative to Adderall. Adderall is a medication that creates various effects.

Adderall is used for:

There is an interesting natural alternative to Adderall that has virtually no side effects. It’s called Mucuna Pruriens or velvet bean. Mucuna Pruriens increases L-dopa, which turns into dopamine.
